Osaka's Korea Town. You can smell the grilled meat the second you step off the train — Korean barbecue is the obvious draw, but the market stalls also carry the authentic stuff, including sannakji (octopus sashimi so fresh it's still moving). If that's too much, you can literally board an overnight ferry to Busan from Osaka Port for under the price of a flight.
