The hill just west of Shibuya Crossing — neon-soaked, love-hotel-dense, and one of Tokyo's best Blade Runner-adjacent photography spots. Rain nights are particularly cinematic (the lights reflect off wet asphalt). Crime level is very low despite the seedy look.
