52nd-floor observation deck at Mori Tower — the source's favorite observatory in Tokyo. Less crowded than Skytree or Shibuya Sky, and the open-air Sky Deck (rooftop) is the part everyone else misses. Mori Art Museum is on the same ticket, so you can pair a skyline view with whatever rotating contemporary art exhibit is on.
