A full-scale recreation of a 1958 Tokyo back-alley downstairs, stuffed with regional ramen shops from across Japan — Hokkaido miso, Kyushu tonkotsu, Kumamoto garlic-oil, etc. Small portion sizes let you sample 3–4 shops in one visit. Upstairs is the ramen history museum.
