A specialty coffee shop on the grounds of Nashinoki Shrine, brewing with water from Somei-sui — one of Kyoto's historic sacred springs, the only survivor of the original three. The signature 'Sunny Blend' is the order; the shop itself is separate from the shrine so you don't need a 5,000 yen temple ticket to reach it. Quiet, cult-favorite, leafy in autumn.
